In that case the rapist should also get life in prison. As well as anyone who rapes or molests a child since they care so about the child's life and and all.

Eh......by the time all the politicians postulate and pooh ha-ha and pretend it's the worst thing that could ever happen and get their faces on the front page proclaiming what an atrocity it is .................it will all go south and another all important vinegar pissing contest will start to brew.

I find it hard to believe that you would be so blase about a law that would give the government power to make decisions about YOUR body.

People are talking about abortions so much on social media I feel like I should go out and get one now just so I can say I had one.

I am really surprised each time I read one of my friends post that they believe it isn't a human yet inside the body-I never know at which point they think it is a human because I don't ask.
I have not been vocal on social media about the issue because I have a cousin who is pregnant and is due in the fall. She had one miscarriage prior and her and her husband have some health issues where they were not expecting that they could get pregnant again and this will be a struggle for them, but they will make great parents and they have support of many around them.
It is hard to advocate for abortion and be excited for my cousin at the same time.
Plus, I don't want abortion to be illegal, but also I'm not that upset about it. I don't feel like my rights are being taken away. I just feel like I need to be responsible with my body since it has these features, and this is an unpopular opinion to have.

I meant to say up above that it has always been ingrained in my head that it is a human at conception. But that was told to me by religious people in the church, not docotors, not scientists, not school.
So now I honestly don't know what to think. I don't think it should be illegal though.

I wonder if this is what we are in for, for the rest of our lives? Rigged elections.

When was your first thought? Can you remember it and or articulate it? It could be argued that is your time of conscious conception , nowhatmsayinyo?

I was raised Catholic and my mom was rabid "pro-life" before it got that cute little name.  However, that background didn't stop me from seeking an abortion and I'm glad I had that option.  I knew at 3 weeks I was pregnant because I felt TERRIBLE and the doctor confirmed it but said I had to wait to 6 weeks for the abortion.  And once I got it, I felt a huge wave of relief wash over me.  Sorry/not sorry but my brain doesn't register this as a baby and I bear zero guilt in removing it.  Fetuses are parasites leaching nutrients from its human host.  And I don't give a shit what anyone else has to say about it.  It's the woman's choice.

At six weeks pregnant they cant even detect the zygote without doing a vaginal probe, it's like a speck of rice. I know because I went to the hospital thinking it may be an ectopic pregnancy since my tubes were tied. I layed there for an hour with a probe up my vagina before they could even spot it.

It's not a baby at that point, it's a parasitic glob of cum.
