So, you met Dick when you were just a kid?

I still sometimes wonder what that useless drunk is up to. He was hilarious, I thought.

One of my favorite threads was when sally got us all stuck on a deserted island. Crash and FAHQTOO getting buzzed and getting down on their own splinter island, Duchess and ESAD looking for cannibus crops, Donovan trying to turn me into a Birkenstock-wearing lesbian and trying to trap Dick in a hole, and Dick taking over and putting Donovan in charge of making handbags and sandals for the other girls. hah

That was more fun than CN's desert island and all his rules about dictionaries and firecrackers and everything else (which was still pretty fun, but not as fun).

Ah, Dick, DickDickDick. So many laughs. I've never had so much fun winding someone up in my life!

RE: MORE NOSY QUESTIONS - Clang McFly - 02-25-2017

If you could go ahead and do that, that would be great.

RE: MORE NOSY QUESTIONS - Maggot - 02-25-2017

I'm just surprised no one is interested in the midget horse. The drunk stayed in the barn my Mom was cool about that one. He escaped in the night though and I never saw him again.

Have you ever made smoke alarms go off while cooking?

Does your home have a fire extinguisher?

Yes, and Yes!

Ramsey, dat u?

You're supposed to give a little background. Cars. C'mon! I want to read the story behind it.

Knew that would getcha!

Sometimes when the oven is set to 500 to sear meats, and we open up the oven door, a burst of heat and some smoke bellowed out and it traveled into the hall way and set off the "smoke alarm"! After that happening 4 or 5 times, we finally replaced the alarm. Problem gone.

We have a fire extinguisher (as well as a smoke alarm) on each level of our villa, just for safety precautions.

One of our friends had us over for dinner. As it turned out, they created a grease fire in a frying pan in their kitchen, where the flames reached the ceiling. They called me for help. They didn't have a fire extinguisher, so I took a big cover from a covered pot they had and quickly put it over the fire and, slowly the fire went out! They were very thankful!

Guess no one else has a smoke alarm or fire extinguisher! hah

RE: MORE NOSY QUESTIONS - SIXFOOTERsez - 08-09-2017

had a weak alarm and it would go off now and then, I got tired of it and replaced it.
I re-did a condo several years back, the previous owners were prolific crack smokers and taped towels over the smoke alarms, good plan

I have a smoke alarm. But I usually have to take the battery out when it gets low because it constantly beeps. Then I usually forget to put a new battery in.

"They" say, the rule of thumb is, change the battery each New Year's day. (Unless you buy a "5" year battery)
