David Eisenhauer admitted to stabbing Nicole Lovell 14 times. He was sentenced to 50 years back in June.
He told his alleged accomplice, Natalie Keepers, that he wanted Nicole dead because he'd blacked out in a ditch after meeting up with Nicole, couldn't remember if they'd had sex, and feared that she might be pregnant.
Keepers just pleaded guilty to helping to conceal the body. She is also charged as an accomplice to the murder and is scheduled to go on trial in September.
