hah          I can get more talking points off the DNC web site if you need more. But with over 12 million illegals in the U.S. right now and that's a low number I believe this emergency trumps those emergency's at least for now.

Well, a quick google search found it on an obscure news site.

Bring 'em on. Give it your best shot. You're not getting your fuckin' wall. Smiley_emoticons_smile

I'm just trying to find out how far you're willing to go in defense of a nonexistent crisis.

What if Mexico paid for the wall?

No. I'm a tree huggin' Liberal. Knowing full well I am about to sound like a bumper sticker, but I'm into building a bigger table rather than a wall. The only border I ever lived on was the Canadian border and I have as much concern about brown people as I did Canadians. Zero.

It would be argued in either case and cases would be defended and appealed before going to the Supreme Court.

Then the Democrats will find out whether the Blasey Ford lies and propaganda were worth it.

Trump has the Supreme Court - they don't

Elections have consquences but so do petty vindictive confirmations.

RE: THE TRUMP PRESIDENCY - HairOfTheDog - 01-12-2019

FryGuy:

If Trump "has the Supreme Court", as you assert, the Supreme Court Justices must therefore be subject to impeachment. They are required to render decisions based on the facts of the cases only.......without bias for/against any political party or any President.

And, the Supreme Court has ruled against Trump-supported policy/law far more than it's ruled in favor of Trump-supported policy/law. Read up, if you strive to graduate from bullshit to accurate.

You  can keep posting up comments which prove you to be an ignorant and arrogant fool when it comes to U.S. politics.  That makes for decent mock-worthy fodder. It's beyond boring to me at this point, but others might still be compelled to bite.

If you would instead like to engage in rational exchanges, you can educate yourself and avoid making assertions which anyone who's  passed 8th grade U.S. government classes immediately recognizes as the epitome of dipshittery.

Until then, you're a waste of time for me and I'll be ignoring your bullshit.

Stop talking ignorant bullshit. You seem to be under the delusion your opinions are facts, your positions are the pinnacle of morality and your critical thinking beyond reproach. None of this is true.

The fact that I hold starkly different positions does not actually mean your positions are better. I know your arrogance and snowflake ideological narrative can't handle the thought that YOUR world view many be misinformed, unduly biased, retarded, simple, immoral, irrational or insane.

The truth regardless of whether you like this or not is that often there is no hard and fast truths pretending that there is and you know it and hold it and that makes you so much cleverer and moral than those that hold a different position is arrogant and child-like.

The reason why positions can be argued in a court is that there is interpretation and contextualisation that often needs to be assessed in judging things and often competing interests.

I know this is going over your head because you are a thick as pig shit, but I will continue.

Ask people the question "When does life begin and when does a person become a person" I want the "facts" here NOT opinion. No? Confused? Doesn't take much. There are competing thoughts here. ANYTHING decided on Abortion and/or termination of pregnancy will have people with different positions on that question and differing views on how that issue should be dealt with. It is not split by gender either.

Both may consider their position more moral and more right. Both can take intellectual positions on it. It needs a third party to adjudicate after listening to the best positions. Often this is not even a case of who was right or had the best point but rather how it was presented and what technicalities impacted one side or another so a coin toss type decision can be actually agreed on.

So if you appreciate this distinction (which you don't because you grasp onto your child-like "Only one set of facts, only right and wrong, and I am on the right side of every fucking thought, in my Snowflake mentality") you must see that the deciders of this ALSO interpret things and often very difficult positions that could go either way. They interpret this with reference to the laws, and (surprise, surprise) have their own bias. Ruth Bader Ginsburg is Far Left and her decisions reflect this. John Roberts is a Swinging vote and Clarence Thomas is VERY conservative

The score at the moment is 4 Liberal Judges 1 nominal Conservative Swing vote and 4 Orginalist Textualists. RBG retires and conceivably EVERY Conservative position argued in court will be upheld as the Origalist Textualists will refer to the Constitution and to the powers a President holds and the rights given to him in the Constitution are broad and of some power.

They will not entertain Progressive interpretation of the Constitution nor Obstructive positions by the Democrats and Progressive Lobbyists or Activist groups.

Educate yourself and understand that because you have posted something it does not transform into a sermon, a message from on high, a PhD dissertation or law.

Snowflake if you do not wish to respond, then fucking don't. If others want to "bite" they can. Your haughty condescension is retarded given the idiocy and hypocrisy you post.

RE: THE TRUMP PRESIDENCY - HairOfTheDog - 01-12-2019

As I said, I'm ignoring your ignorant bullshit FryGuy.

I read the first line of your post and it was clear you're  still just full of shit.  No need to read the rest.

Up your game, or not.  I don't have as much time at  Mock as I'd like anymore and probably won't for some time.  You remain  a waste of REM and keystrokes.

RE: THE TRUMP PRESIDENCY - Fry Guy - 01-12-2019

Yes, yes I knew you would not be able to waterboard critical thinking and intellectual discourse into your ideological, zealous, narrative-filtering dogmatic righteous, arrogant, egotistic, Snowflake agenda driven, mouse-sized brain.

You are metaphorically marching through the sewers screaming at the people above how unclean they are and how pure your intellect is. Fuckwittery at its finest. You are morally and intellectually malformed
