I do. I bought 30 bulbs of garlic and the bag boy looked at me weird, but if you roast them they really shrink.

Cut off the tops of the bulbs so they stand up straight in a shallow baking pan. Don't take the skin off or remove the cloves, leave the bulb intact. Fill hallway up with water, drizzle with olive oil, cover with foil and bake at 425 for about 1-2 hours checking every once in a while to make sure the water didn't evaporate and they're not burning.

When they're all soft remove from the oven and let cool down enough to handle. Squeeze the garlic out of the bulbs, it comes out easily like paste. Pour some olive oil over it, a pinch of salt, a pinch of red pepper and a drizzle of balsamic vinegar over it. Then dip your dick in it. Or a piece of crusty French bread will work nicely too.

We still talking about the garlic?

That sounds really good.

I love the taste and smell of garlic. When I drive to my mom’s house, one of the best parts of the roadtrip is going through Gilroy. You can smell the garlic crops for about a mile ahead of the town and they sell garlic flavored everything (including ice cream, which is actually not too bad).

Green olives stuffed with garlic are one of my favorite sides.

I enjoy this pastime. And yeah, I roast up garlic like this all the time.
