Smollet sentenced to 5 months jail which means maybe 3 actual months. Lesson learned. Do not fake a hate crime, which is just as bad as the actual hate crime,

He also got 30 months of felony probation, $120,106.00 restitution to the city of Chicago, as well as $25,000 fine, which is the max for that particular crime. I think the worst thing he did was the disservice to his own race. Fucker.
