You can send them your best wishes everyday by just not enterring a credit card number and then pushing "1" to report a lost card.
Maybe you know the bitch by her aliases which include Heather and a couple others. Let your state Do Not Call people and the FCC know too.
Apparently they can break the law millions of times unless people complain.

She has to have a mighty busy finger to be dialing many thousands of people on the state and federal No Call Lists. So far no one seems to care that this is going on. If you google rachel at card holder services you'll find there are lots of very annoyed people and many would love to have her number.
