Funny...HLN broke in the middle of some bullshit commentary to report something similar. Made a big fucking deal out of it:

"Sorry to interrupt, but we just got word that 5, yes 5 jurors are being escorted out of the jury room by the bailiff. Now, we don't know what it going on, but this obviously could be very significant. Let's go to our reporter on the scene for a further update (cant remember her name)"

"(insert name which cant be remembered here), we just got word that 5 jurors have been escorted out of the jury room, have you gotten any word as to what may be happening"

"It's probably a smoke break, several of the jurors are smokers"

Jesusfuckingchrist....we need a verdict, as the coverage has gone beyond ridiculousness. And now I've gotta see Nancy Grace, and that other obnoxious drama queen during the daytime. Talking about the "crowd gathering out front of the courthouse from all over the country" I think I counted a dozen, if that?

Jodi Arias owns about 85% of HLN at this time.

Until June.

At that point, ownership will be transferred to George Zimmerman.

Anyway, the Verdict Watch reporting is hilariously stupid; there's nothing to see/hear until the closed deliberations end, FFS. A full crew to watch the grass grow; of course they get excited when an ant appears on the scene.

I caught part of that After Dark show last week. Even more inane. Mock juries (who've seen every piece of media coverage) after trial has ended, trial trivia contests, free Strawberry Frappuccinos!... I wonder if the producers forgot that a man was butchered in this whole drama. Meh, minor detail.

Does she wear a shock vest? And wasn't she blond before? She looks like a librarian now. I'm lazy and don't want to read all the posts.

Positive Bunny didn't . . . and this disgusts Jose Baez!

Positive Bunny returns again today. Yesterday, Patricia Taylor, aka Positive Bunny told The Huffington Post's David Lohr she works with the homeless and said she's been coming to the courthouse "to see justice for Travis [Alexander]."

"He was a kind hearted man and I wanted to show my support," Taylor said.

The homeless rights advocate also said she had heard Alexander was "kind" to those in need.

Casey Anthony's attorney had harsh words for Positive Bunny, the self-proclaimed homeless rights advocate who has spent days camped outside the courthouse.

After seeing the below photo of Positive Bunny, Jose Baez told HuffPost's David Lohr, "That's just sick I hope Travis Alexander's family doesn't see that."

Sorry . . . no pic.

The pic of Positive Bunny blew the margins.

I think we can all agree she is at least going to be found guilty of having an ugly anus.

No shock vest.

She's a karma chameleon. And a changer of hair colors too.

It was a minor part of the state's argument towards premeditation, that she changed her hair from blonde to brunette just before she traveled over 1,000 miles to butcher her ex-lover. Just to make sure that if anyone saw her at or around the scene, she would be less recognizable.

Personally, I'm glad the state didn't focus more on the hair color; photos from weeks/months prior to the murder showed her hair in various stages of blondish/brownish to my eye. The prosecution had plenty else to point to premeditation via her obvious attempts to avoid any record of being in the state of Arizona during her road trip planning. They had the gas cans she used to avoid filling up in Arizona and the fact that her cell phone was conveniently turned off for the amount of time that she was in Arizona secretly "visiting" Travis Alexander.

Bonus point: The prosecution also had the fact that her grandpa's gun was stolen just days prior to her shooting Travis Alexander with the same caliber.

Because she's as smart as Einstein, she left a ton of evidence pointing to her as the killer. A bloody palm print on the wall. Plus, a camera which contained photos of her and Travis just before he was killed, along with some inadvertent photos of him after she killed him. She thought by deleting the photos (and possibly washing the camera) that the photos would be permanently gone. Wrong.

P.s. next time read the thread, slacker!!!

I hope I'm not wrong but I think it's going to be 1st degree murder. I'm a tiny bit worried that they might consider it a crime of passion though.

HotD, I'd jump you any time. Smiley_emoticons_wink

This one sucked me all the way in. The end is near, finally!

Happy Ending: 1st degree / felony / premeditated --> straight to penalty deliberations. 30

My brother called me to tell me the news. He's affiliated with the Superior Court.

The crowds are gathering and MCSO (Sheriffs) and Phoenix PD have increased their presence.

All of the local news stations are jibber-jabbering with their particular spins and "experts".

One of the douchebag lawyers is representing Jerice Hunter . . . Jhessye Shockley's murderer.

On the plus side, he believes they'll come back with 1st Degree based on the jury questions.

Added: Okay . . . place your bets and make your predictions.

Let's hear 'em.

Tiki - 1st Degree

Thanks for the local scoop, Tiki.
