I don't like it either - only because I don't like bikes that cause me to turn the music way down, sit up straight, toss a couple of little things out the window, and check my seat belt...worrying that it could be CHIPs that I see approaching in the rear-view mirror. Went to Joe's Crab Shack for lunch and they have the No Kid Hungry program where you donate 10 bucks and get a free crab pot. I donated the 10 bucks and of course I forgot the stupid crab pot voucher on the table. Why are kids going hungry here anyway when they're giving out food stamps to every able bodied, lazy bum out there. I don't even believe it, it's just a big scam. I saw something on TV awhile ago about the hungry kids and they were all little fat asses. Since when are starving kids fat.

I've had a help wanted ad in the paper for three months, got lots of replies in our email that they need work ASAP, but when we told them to come in the next day they never showed up. Must have been their girlfriends or someone pressuring them to apply for jobs. Three months running an ad and only two guys showed up, both batshit crazy. It looks like everyone has a better gig nowadays doing drugs and collecting unemployment and food stamps.
We have plenty of work, but no one willing to do it. We're going to have to start hiring illegals or go out of business. Fucking ridiculous.

Then I get a letter from my workers comp that all employees have to sign some kind of waiver or we're responsible for the bum's health care. There was a time when having a steady job was a point of honor. One did what they had to do in order to support their family. The government has made it too easy for the losers of the world.

Yea we have a long running add, most of them don't last long either. Lost count of how many never showed up after getting hired. The last one to get canned was because he got stopped at 1:30am in a company truck, suspended license, warrant and a coke bag in the truck. Naturally he is sueing us

I just got back from the high school band practice and had a blast with my Daughter and the other kids learning the flute. I have renewed my faith in high school kids. They were engaging and smart. There were about 12 there as we sat on the grass in the middle of the field passing around a flute and laughing like crazy. Those kids were great!
