Those silly butt implants are not the only thing those wretched people are doing. Some are so desperate that they are going to people who are impersonating Doctors and they are being injected with cement. Yesterday I was all about mocking them but today I have some pity for them. Desperation is difficult to see and it bothers me that someone would be so unhappy with their appearance that they would resort to this.
