Roger Stone, a former adviser to President Donald Trump, was arrested by the FBI in January.

Stone faces seven charges arising from the special counsel's investigation into possible collusion between the Trump campaign and Russia, including five counts of making false statements, one count of obstruction and one count of witness tampering. Stone has denied all charges.

^ Stone appeared in DC court this morning for a hearing before case Judge Amy Berman Jackson.

Judge Jackson said she didn't wish to waste time talking about the re-release of a book Stone published in 2017, a move that could have been considered a violation of his partial gag-order.  The judge simply said she was taking it "under advisement" and moved forward with setting a trial date.

Roger Stone's trial is scheduled to begin on November 5, 2019.  Judge Jackson said she expects it to last two weeks.  Stone is due back in court for a pre-trial hearing on April 30th.

Mueller Report Release - House of Representatives' Vote

Both sides of the aisle teamed up today, voting 420-0 to make Mueller's report on potential ties between President Trump's campaign and Russian election interference available to Congress and the public (with redactions  to preserve confidentiality and national security).

While eight members of Congress didn't vote and four Republicans voted "present", not one elected Representative voted against the non-binding resolution.

The decision can't force Attorney General Barr to release the entire report to the public or even Congress, but it does send a strong message in favor of public transparency.

It's unknown whether McConnell will bring the resolution to vote in the Senate.

I have been waiting for this. Comey, McCabe and their cronies exonerated Hillary ignoring all evidence and investigated Trump based on no information and now is the Ohr ties to the DNC CIA and FBI.

Heads will roll i hope.

Now Rosenstein is out and Barr in and the Mueller report ready to drop

A bit of political payback coming -two years worth with interest.

He is a counter puncher. They had two years to nail his arse to the wall and despite abandoning due process and fabricating evidence, and starting a phony second counsel, they still could do it.
Did they think he would take it in good grace or hit back hard? They bwtter be ready.

Is there another "bombshell" or another big collusion find? Is there more to come? Is Trump caught this time, or does the dossier prove anything? Is there more to come, does Trump feel the pressure of the "walls closing in"?  hah I think not but maybe just maybe the truth will come out and the real people responsible for "collusion" will be found and "processed" What a great mafia/ gangster movie.

Better him than the atrocities a Clinton would be formulating. Have you ever noticed her accent changes south of the Mason/Dixon? She is fake. Trump is real and that is why he is President. He doesn't change who he is depending on the state he is in. This entire collusion thing was done because he won, it was started before he won and after. I have found that those that are the most vocal about anothers crimes are usually the ones that have committed them. This is especially true with the Democrat party. Trump will get another 4 years because of the nutcases running now. That's that.

That's not true, Maggot. The "collusion thing" started because George Papadopoulos, trump's foreign policy advisor, got drunk and ran his mouth to an Australian diplomat. C'mon, you know that. Why do you insist on saying it was done because trump won? You can't change the facts to suit your narrative, well, you can, but it's a bad look for you.
