A $100,000 reward is being offered for the safe return of a missing 11-month-old Northland girl, or information leading to the conviction of those responsible for her disappearance.
Bill Stanton, a New York City private investigator and consultant, made the announcement this afternoon outside the home of Lisa Irwin, who disappeared from her crib on Oct. 4.

Sadly, they can probably safely offer a trillion dollars for the "safe return" of the child. Slim chance that condition can be met.
