I am really pissed that the defense is going to put her family in the court room, especially her dad who is sick and her brother while she is on the stand going through her stupid ass stories while she is going to stand up there saying that travis called her family nasty names. Her dad nor her bother have not been in the court room one single day and today they come, today is the day she talks she claims travis talked shit about her dad and her brother. This boils my blood, that is a nasty move because she claims how hard it is to say these things in front of her mother, her father and her brother.... then don't bring them! Half of them hadn't been there till today!

I agree that it was very weird that her father and brother attended trial for the first time on the very day she testified about Alexander insulting them. Seemed like a calculated move to garner jury sympathy to me too, heartbreaker. I didn't get to watch the trial this afternoon to see if/how the family reacted.

Did they say if he had any kind of porn on his computer or if it just wan't kiddy porn?

The defense also showed items from Alexander's internet search history from the early morning hours before he was killed, showing that he watched YouTube videos of scantily-clad women dancing to pop music and visited a proxy server, which covers one's IP address while surfing the internet. The defense will try to prove that Alexander was obsessed with looking at sexual content on his computer.

"I recall there was some pornography on the computer," Lonnie Dworkin, the computer forensic analyst testifying for the defense, told the court. "I don't recall specifically if there were women's breasts or other content."

In her new version of events, Jodi arrives at the house to find Travis on his knees masturbating while looking at child porn spread across his bed. Can't wait to hear her tell the tale, if we ever actually get to the killing part of this trial! Where did those pics go, Jodi? They weren't found in the washer with the death photos cam. What will Jodi come up with next?

Oh i remember now about the computer forensic analyst and when she was cross examined he asked her a question about discussing a deposition back when the computer was searched originally and about if there was any porn found back then and she said no then and that she would have had to stick with that answer back then. In response to how her family responded, her father just stared straight ahead but her brother put his head down and in his hands at another time.

The court is waiting to start today, she is in chambers with the judge and attorneys and the prosecutors has come out to talk to Travis's family and they are saying on In Session that it is probably to warn the family of what is to come. Maybe it is to warn them of the details that are either to be played on the sex tape or about to be discussed with the killing. Either way this can't be easy for them to sit through and listen.
