Just turned on HLN and Jean Casarez (HLN legal analyst/commentator) is testifying in an emergency evidentiary hearing regarding Juan Martinez's "rock star" status with trial watchers outside of the court house.

I guess the defense it trying to making a case for improper conduct or mistrial? Not clear yet.
