Text from a "friend" says smart money is on LWOP.

("friend" = homeless guy with an Obama phone)

There was some argument about that life sentence this morning. Juan is saying Jodi could get parole. The talking heads say the judge will decide that within 4-6 weeks?

I don't think there's a chance in hell she'd give Arias the possibility of parole but I guess Juan hopes to scare the jury towards the death penalty.

Someone correct me if I'm wrong.
