The Jodi Arias Trial--Fatal Attraction – The Murder of Travis Alexander
[Image: 100413_630-arias.jpg]
That is STILL the question.

The latest:
The judge in the Jodi Arias case on Wednesday denied a bid by her lawyers to stop prosecutors from seeking the death penalty.

The ruling encompassed motions by the defense claiming that: three of Arias' restrial witnesses refused to testify because they were afraid to do so in open court, that the prosecution destroyed potential porn evidence on Travis Alexander's computer and lied about it, and that the prosecution committed other acts of prosecutorial misconduct.

Judge Stephens said: "Many of those motions alleged prosecutorial misconduct. The cumulative effect of those allegations does not require dismissal of the charges or the notice of intent to seek the death penalty," Stephens wrote. "There may have been errors made, but those errors were not so egregious that they create concerns about the integrity or fundamental fairness of the trial."
