There is no guarantee that Medical Examiners will be able to recover DNA from the rubble for all 150 people who are confirmed to have been on board the plane when it crashed. Lack of DNA retrieval won't mean there's any presumption whatsoever that those passengers somehow escaped alive. Likewise, lack of DNA for a phantom passenger won't be a primary or definitive cause for denying a fraudulent claim.
