Physically impaired to drive a vehicle doesn't just have to apply to older people.

It also applies to "anyone of any age" who becomes physically impaired for what ever reason
to
competently dive a vehicle.

That's why appearing in person is necessary for "all" driver's license renewals.


My license renews every "6" years, I have to appear in person, I have no problem with that!

There are some states where driver's licenses are issued through the mail, & or even on line" Smiley_emoticons_skeptisch
