Yeah, I'm trying to avoid total boredom and going stir crazy too.
Yesterday, I played a lot of on-line Scrabble, and I ate and drank too much. I don't want to be boredom eating and drinking, so I made a list of projects last night which I'm gonna space out.
Last night after everyone went to bed...........I chalk painted an old hidden-futon cabinet to match my kitchen table. It's almost dry and turned out pretty nice -- gives me some extra storage in the dining room.
So far today.....I've watered all the plants and trees, pruned them, picked up the dog's crap, blew and swept all the leaves, cleaned the pool, made a batch of deviled eggs, took the dog for a walk at the park, and..................just ate a bunch of salami and made myself a vodka tonic (at least I got a lot done first).
Tomorrow.....I'm making a turkey, organizing the albums and cds in the garage/dart room, and mopping the floors.
Starting Monday, I'm gonna be doing short home workouts three times a day and revising my budget and resume.
