i had all the classic symptoms, but refused to believe it. i never arrested, but had a myocardial infarction, extremely painful.i waited 4 hours to call my own 911. by then there was no denial. i wrote emails, called my love/fiance in England, and left phone messages for family members. fire-rescue called my LT. and he came to ER. i was cracking jokes with the cardiologist who was about to operate on me. but i was finally scared at that point.
