Getting With the Program

I was fortunate to receive pretty positive results to a recent physical and although I contribute some of that to my parents, obviously a bit must be credited to working out.

What do you do for physical activity? Is it a hassle, but you do it anyway?

Are you so naturally fit you find you don't need to work out at all?

Running is good but wow, does it get boring. I know there is a runner's high that is achieved at a certain point, I have just never found myself getting to that point.

I honestly believe some occupations (should) require being physically fit, including the one I'm in.
It is unfortunate that more emphasis isn't placed on being fit, but sobeit.

Do you run? Lift weights? A combination of both?
