I just pull them out of the pumpkin and get all of the stringy crap off of them. Put them on a baking sheet and drizzle with a little olive oil and sea salt. Bake at 450 until slightly browned. They come out all delicious, hot, and nutty. I have never in my 46 years heard of brining them, what the fuck are you doing?
