I agree w3ith Cannongal, its all about him.  Did he talk about himself all night?    You should have mocked him by saying you can whistle with fingers in your mouth, he was seriously innapropriate.  Are you doing it again?  The doctor bit at the start, hes playing one upmanship, serious alarm bells.

So he shouldn't be proud of being a doctor and announce it? I bet if someone had a heart attack or was choking, the restaurant would be grateful to know there is a doctor in the house. No one complains when Doctor Who is always announcing "I'm the Doctor."

Yeah, it’s cool to be proud of it… he def should be 
BUT I’m no slouch either and IF we would ever be in real relationship he would be my man/partner that I would NOT address as Dr Such-and-such.
