Sally, i do drink, Jack Danials and red wine, about three nights a week but not to excess.  I had a can of beer last night but i dont count that. im a carer, if i were free in would not be here, id be living it up in Sorrento, but i still would not drink to excess, ive kicked cigars.  I lead a limited social life, my partner has risks and cant be left, yeah go on tiki make fun of that.

Heres a shocker, you can enjoy life without external things like booze drugs or whatever.

Your body sally is like a car, if you dont look after it it will break down, thats the point im making, the more you abuse it, its life span goes down.  I presume your middle aged, a car due to break down wont tell you till it happens.  You are not suffering now, your body is holding up, so you tell yourself its ok to do whatever.

It isnt, you will pay.  You cant tell people though, my intention was good, you will live your destiny whatever.  Take chang, his life is an orgy of self pleasure, if there is an internal voice telling him that he should be doing more, hes silenced it.

To develop yourself, travel, educate, gain experience, learn, love, make mistakes, create...can only be good.  Chang is like my jack russel piglet, she was badly abused as a pup and shrinks from life.

I shrink from a life of travel. Not all life entirely. I play Cornhole, I go to concerts, comic cons, eat out at restaurants with friends,etc. Might not be the most exciting life but I'm happy enough with it.
