There is a grown kid at the top of the hill where I live and he stands outside on his front porch with his winter jacket and hat on all day, good kid no wailing and he just waves and counts blue cars.

We have a similar guy around our SNAKEland villa, (I HATE SNAKES!) and we sometimes see him walking down the street talking to himself and sometimes he's even singing. He doesn't bother anyone, and he seems happy in his own little world.
