I had sent pictures to my then boyfriend while he was overseas for almost a year and I was well aware of the dangers. My face were not in them from what I can remember but I do have a tattoo. However this person and I were in a relationship that I felt was going to go the distance and unfortunately it didn't. I hadn't sent pictures before then nor have I sense then. He promised he wouldn't show anyone or release them etc...
When we broke up he claimed he deleted them and I said okay great but didn't believe him.
Months after we broke up and we were fighting the first thing he threw in my face, IN WRITING, was that he would release the pictures to my family, my employer and anyone else. This was prior to this whole revenge porn becoming popular. I told him he releases one photo and I'll take his ass not only to court but to the police station for the simple fact I had it in writing he wouldn't release them from the start and then I had it in writing that he claimed he deleted them and is now black mailing me. He started back peddling real quick and saying he was joking and I told him an implied threat will prove to be just as damning and he should watch what he says. He started claiming he deleted them again.
