-Robert Bever, 18, and his brother Michael Bever, 16, will face formal charges later this week; the brothers are scheduled to be arraigned on August 3rd. It's been confirmed that both will be charged as adults.
-Oklahoma has the death penalty, but it can not be applied to anyone under 18. So, Robert Bever is eligible for it if the prosecutors choose to charge him with capital crimes. But, the max that Michael Bever could face is life without parole.
-The names of the murdered siblings have been released/confirmed: Daniel Bever -12, Christopher Bever - 7, and Victoria Bever - 5.
-The three children and both of their parents' deaths have been classified as homicide by 'multiple sharp-force injuries'.
-13-year-old daughter Crystal remains in serious condition in the hospital, while her 2-year-old sister Autumn was unharmed and taken into protective custody.
-Police said Robert Bever has given a full confession (I haven't yet seen anything about motive or whether Michael Bever has told police the same story as Robert).
-A coworker of Robert's told the media that the 18-year-old never spoke badly of his siblings and had told her they were close because they were in the house 'all the time'.
