I think you're both right about this latest Jackson family dispute, LC and Donovan.
Press is reporting that Katherine Jackson was located by Arizona police and confirmed that she was fine and wanted to be where she's at. There has been no explanation as to why she hasn't been in contact with Michael's 3 children, to whom she is the legal guardian (hope they're in the care of someone with some damn grip on reality).
Mrs. Jackson's children claim that the lawyer and manager of Michael's estate are mistreating her. But, reports show that Michael Jackson's debt has been nearly erased by the $475 million its raked since his death, under their advisement - profits from the estate are said to go exclusively to his mother and his 3 children (and to cover the legal/advisor fees, exceeding $13 million).
Hard to tell if her children are trying to carve a piece of the pie for themselves or if they have legitimate concerns for their mother and Michael's children. Hope it's the latter, but looks to me more like the former. Sad.
