That's a nice sentiment. I wonder why so many Black people are unable to simply employ that line of thnking & simply "get over it".
My opinion would be that people are people and, as such, most people (regardless of outward appearance) simply don't have the insight to understand how to create a more healthy attitude within themselves. It can't be helped. That is why, in addition to my observations on how people 'should' react to racial slurs, I plan to teach my son not to use them and I don't use them myself (aside from the rare jab in Mock just for the sake of being an asshole TO someone who is being an asshole).
I've given my opinions, how about yours?
And although it's fun to have someone else who is up late on Mock (I guess most Mockers are East-coast), I have to get to bed.
