I kinda miss having the Sunshine Law in this case; difficult or impossible to get a hold of hearing transcripts/docs/summaries.
P.s. My previous post was badly worded; JVM's guests thought the migraine was probably legit, not the 1 am wake up time (that claim was confirmed to be bullshit). I know everyone counts on JVM for the real deal...
