WTF? The "impact" of having their loved one killed and then having his name dragged through the mud is, by default, pretty 'effin emotional.
I've never heard of victims being denied the opportunity to make their impact statements in person.
Have you seen such a motion granted before, Tiki?
If this is true, I sure hope the judge denies this motion.
