I'm probably not the right person for this discussion because I love children and I've seen plenty who come from good parents turn out to be slackers and vice versa.
I'm pro-choice. But, once a child is brought into this world, the thought of the child dying from abuse, neglect or some other criminal activity does still affect me, no matter how many of these types of stories that I read. I'm not crying curtains, but I'm not apathetic on this topic and can't see an upside.
