The woman in the photograph gave birth 4 days before she took this selfie. She looks great, huh? Other mothers are seriously pissed! Hahahaha! They are saying she is doing a disservice to new mothers everywhere.

She's full of shit. There is no way she gave birth 4 days prior to taking that pic. A women's body takes more time to return to normal. Even if she is super fit. Ab muscles separate as abdomen expands. The ligaments in both hips loosen to allow expansion of the pelvis for pregnancy and birth. It takes time for the hormones that cause this to leave the body after birth and the ligaments and muscles to return to normal.
