Caylee Anthony. NO JUSTICE
OMG, her and bozo make me so mad with their constant lies!!
I watched the videos out of curiosity and ol jose there, looks as though he is defeated, Casey can't face him, this must be when they try to come up with the lies about what happened to poor little Caylee. It still breaks my heart to think what she must have gone through, I don't know how the bitch lives with herself!!
The only reason people get lost in thought is because it's unfamiliar territory.

Casey Ordered To Pay Some, Not All Case Costs
Judge Orders Anthony To Pay More Than $97K
September 15, 2011

Casey Anthony will have to pay back some of the costs related to the investigation of the disappearance of her daughter, Caylee Anthony, but not the entire amount.

In all, agencies said the investigation into Caylee's disappearance cost them more than $515,000.

In an order entered Thursday, Judge Belvin Perry said Anthony will have to pay less than a fifth of that amount, but Anthony could end up owing more than that after Perry receives further reports.

Perry gave OCSO a deadline of 4 p.m. Monday to file additional expense reports. Perry said he would enter an amended order after receiving the information.

Perry said he needed more information on how OCSO employees spent time on the case in 2008, including investigators Yuri Melich, John Allen and others.

The State Attorney's Office, who said the case cost more than $141,000 to prosecute, received the least reimbursement. Perry said the costs incurred were for prosecuting the more serious charges Anthony faced, not the four misdemeanors on which she was convicted.
Perry ordered Anthony to pay [b]$97,676.98.

edit to add: mason thought it was a big joke...so...

Casey Anthony has today been ordered to pay an extra $119,822.75 towards police costs incurred after they spent time searching for her two-year-old Caylee when she lied and claimed she had been kidnapped.

Judge Belvin Perry ruled that Anthony must reimburse a total of $217,499.23 in investigative costs incurred between July 15, 2008, when Anthony first told detectives that her daughter had been kidnapped by a nanny, and September 29, 2008, when detectives determined Caylee likely was dead rather than missing.

Last week he ordered the 25-year-old to pay $97,676.98 in costs, but this afternoon more than doubled the amount she has to pay after he asked the sheriff for a more detailed breakdown of the costs incurred.

Yep, good luck with them ever collecting that! Casey has no job, and won't get one! Who in their right mind would hire her, and to do what? If she does not get some rag sheet/"media" offer for her story, or some 3rd rate movie offer, she will never be able pay her police costs "monetary" debt. As for her moral debt, she will never be able to repay that, no matter what she does! (Short of doing herself in)

Casey Anthony case: Casey answers few questions, takes Fifth in civil-suit deposition

A disguised Casey Anthony, described as angry but composed, was deposed this morning in the defamation suit filed against her by Zenaida Fernandez Gonzalez.

She answered few questions and her attorney repeatedly invoked Anthony's Fifth Amendment right against self-incrimination, according to attorney John Morgan, who represents Gonzalez.

Morgan asked the questions of Anthony via video link from Morgan & Morgan's downtown offices. Anthony's location has not been revealed.

Anthony answered general questions, such as whether she was present during her trial and whether she was in court for her attorney's opening statement, Morgan said. But more specific questions were met with the Fifth Amendment assertion by Casey's Orlando-based attorney, Charles Greene.

2 Bar complaints filed against Jose Baez

TALLAHASSEE --

Jose Baez is facing two complaints in front of The Florida Bar.

A spokeswoman said they have been following these complaints "for some time."

She said the process is confidential and the committee will have to determine if there is probable cause for it to be sent to a judge.

It could take several months before the committee makes a ruling, the spokeswoman said.

only 2?

hah

Both complaints center around the way Baez handled Anthony and her case.

"I am looking forward to the Bar completing its investigation, so that it can be dismissed just like the 20 previous complaints. It is part of the job whenever you fight an unpopular case."

It is not yet clear when the Bar expects to decide on the complaints.

That was my thought as well! I'm hoping the 2 snowball into many more.

Actually, they can say how inept, incompetent, unscrupulous, floundering Jose was throughout the trial. But at the end of the day, he accomplished the job he was supposed to do! He got his client acquitted! (Agree with it or not, he did it)
I'm not one of his biggest fans either. However, I think I would be hard pressed not to even consider wanting to hire him as my attorney if I every found myself accused of murder. (That is if in fact, he is not in jail himself from the Bar complaints!)

Cars . . .

You realize that the jurors, who have spoken, claim the prosecution did not prove their case.

No one stated that Baez was the critical element for their decision.

The prosecution failed . . . according to the retards who rendered a decision.

No idea how reliable this source is.

"Anthony began psychological treatment last month and is doing “well” a source close to the 25-year-old revealed."

I thought that at her probation meeting it was stated she hadn't attended any mental health or therapy sessions since her release.....interesting.

Despised & unethical lawyer or not LC, if he can get acquittals is the name of the game. Remember he was instrumental in "picking those pinheads" for the jury!

Yes Tiki, the prosecution did not prove their case as bumbling Jose had a comback to most all their evidance. However irrational & or immaterial it was, it created doubt! And remember Jose picked those tards!

within a week or so her deposition in disguise may be released on video.
tomorrow the jurors names come out.

there will be people who harass them i am sure.

Orlando Sentinel
The names of the jurors who determined Casey Anthony's fate when they found her not guilty of first-degree murder will be made public Tuesday.

Juror identities are usually released in Florida once a verdict is rendered. But, in Anthony's high-profile case, Orange-Osceola Chief Judge Belvin Perry ordered the names remain private.

Anthony, 25, was found not guilty in July of killing her 2-year-old daughter Caylee Marie in the summer of 2008.

The 12-member jury, comprised of Pinellas County assholes, imbeciles and morons, also found Anthony not guilty of aggravated child abuse and not guilty of aggravated manslaughter of a child.

WTF? Those jurors will be screwed for sure! Most likely it won't be long after they're ID'd that bad incidents will begin occurring! Smiley_emoticons_stumm

That bothers me & is just one more reason for me to ignore any summons for jury duty. I'd risk being a scofflaw before I'd put myself out there for God knows what after sitting on a jury.

So I have to ask, WTF is the reason for posting these peoples names? I seriously doubt that they conspired to cut anthany free after they figured out that she killed her kid. The jurys job is to decide the guilt or inosence of the defendant solely based on the evedence put on by the prosecution and the defence put up by the other side. Whoever does the best job usually wins. In this case it seems that popular opinion in here is that the prosecution was a bunch of maroons that couldn't pour piss out of a boot and that everyone connected with the defence is a scumbag of one stripe or annother. Why is everyone trashing the jury?
They had a job to do and did it. The trial and everything connected to it was a circus, now they (jury members) get to look forward to putting up with a bunch of bullshit from a bunch of people that have nothing better to do than stick their nose in someones els's business. Why should they not get paid for an interview? I never have liked the media and would tell them to stick it up their ass unless I got paid well.
