I've tried quite a few positions and variations over the years including a bunch from the kama sutra. Many of them don't work all that well in actual practice and it was alway my experience those exotic positions usually ended with a pulled muscle, some cramping or contusion from people falling over in a heap. I find its preferable to "go exploring" tantric style, noting the erogenous zones when they are discovered, and then work those areas with gusto. Position doesn't matter nearly as much as knowing where to touch.
