As of right now,  Maine and Colorado are trying to keep trump off the ballot by denying him access.   What happens when those states write in,  like nh did for Biden?

It depends on a state's electoral law. In regards to Maine's law, if the person fulfills all the qualifications that person may be nominated at the primary election. In Colorado, that "write in" person must file an affidavit of intent stating he/she desires the office & is qualified.
