Trump is at a rally in West Virginia. Speaking of Kim Jong Un he said “...and then we fell in love. No really. He wrote me beautiful letters. They were great letters. And then we fell in love”.

Jesus Christ.

Easy for you to say, he's not your commander in chief. The president of the United States of America has publicly proclaimed he is in love with a murdering dictator. It's fuckin' bizarre and a disgrace to the office of the president, or, as rational Americans say, par for the course.   78

This isn't normal behavior for a president of the United States, it just isn't and the absolute hypocrisy surrounding that party is sickening.

That's what the hard-core no-matter-what loyalists say they love about Trump, regardless as to whether the abnormal behavior reflects poorly on the country and potentially puts national security at risk.

Trump just tweeted criticism of 'low-rated SNL'.  Actually, SNL had its highest ratings in years with the season opener last night.

The Cold Open spoofed Judge Kavanaugh's testimony, of course.  It was a gold mine of mocking material.

Your puppet pals can't hear you Biggie.

But, don't cry.  They'll likely be back soon.

In the meantime, this could be a good opportunity for you to grab yourself by the pussy and practice some independence.

P.s.  I understand the full cast of SNL read your angry emotional post demanding people apologize to the Kavanaughs -- I'm sure they're busy penning those apology letters as we speak. ')

Toward the end of “Ghost Town”, Kanye launched in a spoken-word diatribe, which was apparently prompted by backstage drama over his decision to wear a MAGA hat.

“They bullied me backstage. They said, ‘don’t go out there with that hat on. They bullied me backstage. They bullied me! And then they say I’m in a sunken place,” he said. “You want to see the sunken place? Okay, I’ma listen to ya’ll now — or I’ma put my Superman cape on, cuz this means you can’t tell me what to do. Follow your heart and stop following your mind. That’s how we’re controlled. That’s how we’re programmed. If you want the world to move forward, try love.”
Kanye also criticized the mainstream media’s perceived liberal bias, as well as America’s welfare system. He also defended Donald Trump against accusations of racism: “There’s so many times I talk to, like, a white person about this and they say, ‘How could you like Trump? He’s racist.’ Well, uh, if I was concerned about racism I would’ve moved out of America a long time ago,” he said.
Kanye’s rant was met with boos from the studio audience, and several of the show’s cast members, who were standing behind Kanye, looked visibly uncomfortable. Host Adam Driver and SNL cast member Chris Redd were among those who exited the stage before Kanye concluded.

I have no clue about Kayne West or any of his songs I'm sure they suck but he sure knows how to push buttons. SNL did not want him to wear a MAGA hat and he got pissed. The left is tolerant towards illegal things he should know that by now.

Or they didn't mention his hat at all but since he had prepared his "spontaneous" word salad, he went with it knowing you lemmings would love it.

The guy has a sense of humour. I love it.Looks like things are going the right direction in your country now. Jobs, Economy, ISIS smashed, you know, the things that make a country great.

I especially loved the "Because you'd be in jail" and when he did things like deliberately misquoting how many emails Hillary deleted just so the Liberal press could jump all over him and quote the ACTUAL number of emails she deleted (I laughed inwardly thinking of Hillary smiling and saying under her breath between clenched teeth "Shut up about how many emails I deleted. FUCK!").

Yes he is no Barrack Obama. If you want Presidential poise, grace, charm, articulation and demeanor, Barry Soetoro is straight up the BEST President EVER. Bar none. Not even JFK had that Charismatic way about him.

If you think the country needs something more than a demenour, Trump is your guy. But I am not for a moment going today that the things Barry was good at, Trump is good at. Trump is shit at all of them. I tend to think the history books will be far kinder to Trump.

Money, money, money......................Money

The NYT published a very detailed investigatory report on Trump's finances and wealth last night; the story was in development for years and includes financial and tax documents never publicly available in the past.

Donald Trump's oft-repeated story about getting only a "small one million dollar loan from his father and turning it into a multi-billionaire enterprise" is false.

That's not surprising to people who've discounted the rhetoric and followed the facts for years.  And, I don't think his loyalists will care that he branded / misrepresented his business success and mis-characterized himself.  But, verification of those facts are now in the public domain.

The piece: https://www.nytimes.com/interactive/2018...ule=Top%20Stories&pgtype=Homepage

It's a long piece and may only be available to NYT subscription holders, so I'm posting some of my main takeaways below and you can find summaries on various internet media sites.

--The NYT report verified that Donald Trump actually got over $400,000,000 from his real-estate mogul father Fred. If he'd done nothing but sit on it, he'd be worth over $10 billion today.

--His multiple bankruptcies were covered, in part, by his father and his siblings. He is still receiving millions per year in revenues from his father's investments/properties.

--Donald Trump attempted to get his 85-year-old father to transfer his assets to himself when Donald had again gotten into deep financial trouble. Dad consulted with Donald's sister, by then already a Federal Judge, and they took legal action to ensure Donald was unable to divert all of of Fred's assets to himself, as shown in the court documents.

--Before Fred Trump died, Donald and his siblings set up companies and other means by which to funnel Fred's inheritance to avoid paying the 55% estate tax on gifts. They instead paid 5%. They also undervalued Fred's highly profitable properties to decrease the taxes due. The Trumps avoided paying hundreds of millions of dollars to the United States in so doing.
