Have you heard of them? Apparently they are similar to Beer Flights which I hadn't heard of either. A soup flight consists of 3-ish small bowls of different soups for the customer to try.

That sounds neat. I would do that. One bowl of soup can be overwhelming for me. The same taste over and over again, I want some variety!   Smiley_emoticons_razz 

Reminds me of when we have soup contest at Winterfest. Got to sample a bunch of different soups and vote on them. It was fun.

Sounds like the soup stroll they had in Schenectady yesterday. Local restaurants make different soups and you pay $1 for a 3 ounce sample. Try at least 10 and you can vote for your favorite. Sadly I didn't go. It gets too crowded. I'll go to the Saratoga Chowderfest on Superbowl Saturday. $2 for a 4 ounce sample and less crowded.
