I should not be forced into associating with them at work, the laws are being designed to force acceptance of a life style I find repugnant by making it a work place requirement.

Hahahaha!

You imply you want it mandatory that employers provide a "safe work environment". Sounds like regulation to me. Give Pelosi a call.

Then you want either an absence of regulation or additional regulation banning those with, what you deem, "repugnant behavior" from your workplace!

Better yet, call Reid.

What a wishy-washy closet liberal!

Keep talking this way Dick and you're going to find yourself in a nursing home one day with a nice HIV infected black man named Keyshawn giving you a sponge bath.

Employers are already required to maintain a safe work environment, ever hear of OSHA, they cover all aspects of safety including the health of the employee which may be affected by risk factors in the work place.

So . . . you are PRO governmental regulation.

Or maybe I should state: You believe that capitalism is flawed and requires governmental intervention to correct its inherent shortcomings, regarding employees.

I'm losing faith in your anti-liberal, less government, less regulation attitude.

Horse shit forum admin, an opinion formed by the loser of a debate seldom rises to the top as one that can be relied upon for accuracy.

she lost her ass and it hurt, and then of course there is you who always jumps in to try and undo the tradjedy of defeat for the weaker sex.

pro regulation or not, the system exists and it existed long before we discussed it's existence and purpose.

It would be idiotic to act as though it does not exist and anyone who uses it as a basis for aruguement is pro regulation.

capitalism in this context is a red herring.

So . . . would you like to see the OSHA regs repealed and let the employers define what constitutes a safe work environment?

Gimme Dick's view on how employee safety would be achieved without regs.

My position on capitalism was stated a few posts back.

You refuse to answer simple and direct questions.

You see "red herrings" when there are none.

I'm trying to understand and you think this is about winning or losing.

If that person has a chance of bleeding anywhere including in the bathroom it's a health risk.

Dick . . . I believe the first time you mentioned “bathroom”, there was no mention of either blood or a toilet seat.

I was thinking dysentery. That can kill you.

And let’s not forget Hepatitis A and B.

Here . . . let’s review:

See . . . there it is! “ . . . leave a disease behind that can kill me.”

Maybe you meant to say: “A diseased behind can kill me.” Or “A man’s behind thrills me.”

Nothing about blood in the bathroom.

Or washing one’s hands after using the toilet.

Or using an ass-gasket on the seat.

In fact, you never defined what disease you were afraid of being left behind that could "kill you".

Was it HIV?

But you managed to speculate and come up with several that can be left behind and do pose a health risk to other employee's, you see you're not as dumb as you have been sounding lately.

Like I told you, debates/conversations evolve.

I didn't realize all faggots had Heps A, B and C.

Or Dysentery. Or Chryptospordium.

And this shit (except for Hep C) is fecal transmitted.

I hope your bathroom door swings out when exiting and doesn't use a door knob.

And you still haven't answered any of my questions.
