Hey sports fans

Are you all going to stand still for this shit?

If I gave a fuck I would send emails to every elected official in washington.

Our government sucks.

Christian Lopez, the Yankees fan who caught Derek Jeter’s ball after his 3,000th hit, returned the ball to Jeter even though it could have sold for almost $500,000. Now, Brian Kilmeade reports that the IRS could tax him $14,000 for the free tickets Jeter gave him as a thank you.

Our Constitution was made only for a moral and religious people. It is wholly inadequate to the government of any other.

I'd argue to the IRS it was a "gift". And yeah . . . I'd win.

If he got cash for the ball, he'd be paying taxes. Sale Price minus Basis equals Gain or Loss on Sale.

That's why dumbfucks need accountants who understand the tax code. Or a tax attorney who bills at $500/hr.

He sounds like a dumbfuck. I'd have sold the ball for $500K and sheltered the income.

Wait! He's a Yankee fan . . . automatic dumbfuck.
