As far as I know this is the picture of the picture of Katelyn Markham sent on her phone to her fiance. Her fiance said it was an older picture of Katelyn that her boss DC had taken. Apparently there are shadows of a man in the background reflecting off said picture, it may have been a picture on her Computer Monitor an older one IMO.

More on the picture of the picture and what people found. I see a face where they marked it and it looks like the fiance to me.

Here is the picture from the Nancy Grace Show. I am wondering if those earrings happen to be green glass can anyone tell by looking? I recall finding out Katelyn's fiance JC took a glass class.

It's something. I don't know what it is.

A young Fidel? The Shroud of Turin's homely little brother?

Sometimes we see what we want to see.

For everyone's sake, I hope it can be proven it's him.

So, JC took a glass class and his fiance was wearing a pair of earrings he made. What does that have to do with the price of tea in China?? (sorry, I just couldn't resist)Smiley_emoticons_wink

Hi ... I'm new here, just scouring everything I can fine on this case ... but just wanted to say the pic is creepy.

If that's a reflection of a man in the glass of say, a photo frame, then that explains the flash ... and why he's standing right there. Perhaps using her cell phone to take the picture of the picture.

Creepy. That is all.

Still nothing on Katelyn. The crops are being harvested and as the air grows colder the leaves will drop and weeds will die. Here's hoping that there are some observant hunters out in the woods near Fairfield.

FAIRFIELD — More than two months after 22-year-old Katelyn Markham was reported missing, there is still little to indicate what led to her disappearance.

The Fairfield Police Department has consulted the FBI, which has reviewed the case and provided information for the department to follow up on, but few leads have been determined.

“We have no evidence that would lead us to a conclusion as to what happened to her,” said Chief Mike Dickey. “We certainly, like most people, are drawn to the conclusion that it involved some sort of foul play, but we have no evidence of it.”

I hope they find her soon. I think it's so sad that they expect to have a better chance of finding her body in the colder weather. And I strongly suspect that her boyfriend had something to do with her disappearance.

I've been reading Katelyn Markham's Disappearance Considering Everything Facebook page off and on over the past 5 months. The folks on the Facebook page for Katelyn have been doing a marvelous job to keep her story alive! 5 months is such a long time and not a peep about this lovely young woman.

Yesterday 2/2/2012 the following link was posted:-

There is this nasty sex predator he works for cash only as a truck driver or truck mechanic all the information is in the link above.

Texas Equusearch's Chief Tim Miller has not been back to Fairfield, Ohio -not sure if they are coming back but, I did find out there was a 48hour special on t.v. I guess part 1 & part 2 they are at this link http://texasequusearch.org/page/2/ part 2 of the story is back a page click on newer entries (so many hurdles to find part 2 sorry).

A Movie just out "Texas Killing Fields" has all these girls that were murdered and one of them is Tim Millers actual daughter (a terrible sad story) and because of his daughter's death he began Texas Equusearch here's a link to the Movie http://www.texaskillingfields.com/ Sam Worthington and Jeffery Dean Morgan are two actors I like but, I think this could be a hard movie to watch.

Hope the Fairfield, Ohio Detectives get a break in this case soon!

Does anyone remember Dave Markham talking about Katelyn in either an interview or at a vigil saying, " Please come home everything will be fine we can work it out"? Can someone tell me where to find it?

Thanks

Don't remember those exact words, but I remember him saying something very similar in an interview:

“I just want her to come home—no questions asked. Just come home and act like these three weeks never happened, and let’s just get back with life. She’s got too much to offer, too much to finish that she started and come home and let’s finish it,” David said.

Restaurant owner adds $25,000 to reward for missing Fairfield woman

Cincinnati restaurant owner Jeff Ruby has doubled the reward amount leading to clues in the disappearance of missing Fairfield woman Katelyn Markham.
Ruby announced on Thursday that he is adding $25,000 to the reward, bringing the total to $50,000, according to WKRC Local 12.
The other $25,000 was made by an anonymous donor.
Markham, a 22-year-old art student, was last seen Aug. 13 at her Dorshire Drive townhouse, but authorities say there was no evidence of a crime.
When Markham disappeared, her car, keys, purse and dog were still at the residence, and those who know her said she was happy.
Despite several searches by family, friends and organizations, there are still no leads on her whereabouts.
Fairfield Police Chief Mike Dickey said he applauds Ruby’s generosity.
“I’m sure there are individuals out there with information that would take notice. I applaud him for doing that. I think it’s very generous of him,” he said.
Ruby was involved in a few of the searches and opened his wallet to feed the volunteers, according Local 12.
Cincinnati Police Officer Rachel Reuss said CrimeStoppers has not received any recent tips on Markham.
“I know we haven’t had a lot of tips, if we have any,” she said.
