I went back and read it.

Whenever I read stories like that I always feel fortunate I've never known men like that.

It wasn't her anus.

After he mutilated and defiled her with a beer bottle and flat iron, he ripped out part of her intestines through her vagina.

His aunt says he's a very nice boy though.

Again, there's more to this guy than just jealousy.

Without question, Gunnar.

Jealousy can bring out the worst in people.

But, most people's worst never approaches anywhere near that level of depravity, I agree.

I'd wager a deep dive into his past will reveal animal torture and arson.

So true, auntie, so true. They all seem nice until they're elbow deep and pulling your intestines out.

Found the police report up... we both get to be right unfortunately.

Updates to posts 235 -241 -- LIFE IN PRISON

A judge imposed the sentence Monday on Connor MacCalister, who pleaded guilty to killing 59-year-old Wendy Boudreau at a Shaw's supermarket in Saco last summer.

MacCalister told police she was angry with life and had gone to the store to kill "several random people." Court records also state that she sated she was "off (her) meds."

MacCalister is transgender and formerly known as Tanisha Hopkins.

She asked to be referred to as a woman during her most recent court appearance. I just bet she did. She was born a woman, identified as a man, and was transitioning to be a man when she committed murder. Now she wants to be identified as a woman again? Well, hell, I'm sure Connor would rather be in a women's prison than caged with the ball scratchers (I do think she looks more like a Connor than a Tanisha, though).

Connecticut -- Fatal Domestic Violence Incident

There have been a few more tragic family murder / suicides since the last one I posted about a few pages up -- it's difficult to read and post about them sometimes.

Yesterday's family violence in Connecticut was unique in that only the suspected assailant, the father, was killed. He was shot by police when he refused to follow police orders and drop a knife he was brandishing. Police had responded to a 911 call from a young female voice.

^ Christopher Andrews, 51, was a partner in a Manhattan law firm, Andrews and Andrews. By all accounts, Andrews was a well-liked attorney, coach, neighbor and patriarch of an outgoing, friendly family. The couple and their three children lived in a beautiful home in Fairfax and their friends and neighbors are reportedly shocked at what went down; "nice family", "great kids", "never saw any signs of problems"...

Police have confirmed that there were no previous reports of domestic violence at the home. But, you never know what goes down behind closed doors. I wonder if Andrews was mentally ill, on drugs, or just an abusive piece of shit. No details as to motive known at this time.

The wife/mother, Kathleen Andrews, was stabbed in the face several times and is in serious condition. Three children, ages 12, 13 and 15, along with their mother, were taken to the hospital with injuries. The youngest child had to be air-lifted to Yale-New Haven Hospital. Fortunately, all are expected to survive.

I was following some crime forum links and came across this Australian tidbit. Aussie or Crash may have heard about it. This was a few years ago. Introducing "The Colt" family.

Unknown to the 2000 citizens of the town in a fertile valley amid the south-western slopes of NSW, a dark family secret was unravelling.

Now it can be revealed, not only could the case of the Colt family be the nation's most appalling saga of child abuse, it is among one of the worst accounts of incest ever made public.

The NSW Children's Court has taken the rare step of publishing its judgment of actions taken to remove children from the Colt family (a court-appointed pseudonym to protect identification of minors).

Four generations of intimate relations among the Colts had taken place in South Australia, Victoria, Western Australia and finally come to NSW.

Moving state to state, possibly to evade detection, the scandal only came to light when authorities were alerted there were children living in the hills who didn't attend school.

When they turned up on a remote bush block, they uncovered scenes which wouldn't soon be forgotten.

It was an early winter's day last year when officers from the NSW Police and Community Services turned up on one of the blocks which lie around 30km out of the town between large established farms and the untamed scrub of old bushranger territory.

They found 40 adults and children living in two filthy caravans, two sheds and tents on an unsewered block with no running water.

Dirt caked the surfaces of stoves and cooking facilities, rotten vegetables lay in a refrigerator and a kangaroo was sleeping on one of the children's beds.

Exposed electric wires, bags of rubbish and chainsaws lay about.

There were no toilets, showers or baths.

The children were unwashed and wore dirty clothes.

They were shy and made little eye contact.

Few were capable of intelligible speech; almost all had fungal infections in their feet.

Some had oddly-formed features, which scientific tests would later reveal was a result of "homozygosity" or identical gene patterns of both of the children's parents.

Maggot- did the NSW children's court just publish this recently? Or did they publish it back when this happened? I'm kind of surprised that it didn't make the news over here, that is some unusually fucked up shit

Murder at University of Texas -- Suspect Arrested

Haruka Weiser, 18, was seen leaving the F. Loren Winship Drama building on the University of Texas, Austin campus between 9:30 and 9:45 p.m. Sunday.

The first-year dance student texted her roommate saying she was on the way to their dorm room, police say.

She never made it back to the dorm and her roommates reported her missing the next day at 11:00 a.m. Her body was found in Waller Creek on Tuesday, an area between her dorm and the drama building. RIP.

Police released a campus surveillance video of young black man walking with a woman's bike in the area the evening Haruka went missing.

Fortunately, a woman and a set of firefighters recognized the male as homeless teen who'd started a trash fire in the area on Monday and then been taken to a local shelter by police.

The full surveillance video showed the suspect following the victim, reaching into his back pocket and pulling out what was described in the arrest warrant as "a shiny rigid object."

Investigators examined patrol car footage of the suspect recorded Monday at the fire site. They realized his pants, shoes and bag appeared similar to what was worn by the person following Haruka.

"We saw things in that camera that connected him to this crime and from there we went and picked him up," Chief Art Acevedo told told the media today. There were several items recovered from the fire "which we believe belonged to our victim," Acevedo said.

Acevedo said the murder appears to be random and that the suspect has not confessed. A motive for the killing is not yet known.
