It's because she owns her car outright that she can afford botox. 39

That botox wore off pretty quick, I am due to go back and get some more. I am also looking at alternatives. It's not that great. I hate needles too, unless I am giving them, then I am merciless.

Thanks Love Child. I think you get where I am coming from. My focus these days is to pay as little or no tax if possible. Although, I think tax is inescapable for all of us.

I think in future I might go down the 'lease to own' route. Leasing under the business is 100% tax deductible. Having said that I still prefer having the $$$ in the bank. If people want to make assumptions about me based on my motor vehicle, knock yourselves out. My neighbour across the road has the same take on this.

I wouldn't judge you by what you drive, Aussie but I will if I see you wearing a scrunchie. Smiley_emoticons_wink

But you're allowed to make assumptions about other people according to what they drive and how they pay for it.

Got it!

I don't know what planet you are from, I have not made assumptions about what anyone drives. F2 it's always the same old tired lower class redneck dialogue with you.

I don't care what others do, I was talking about what I do and what works for me.

Got that!

I think thats a high payment. Maybe I'm wrong the 3 cars I drive are paid for. I'm not sure if I would want another one.

hah Yeah aussie. Scrunchies are so 90s (just throw on a hat like the rest of us).

I drive a 2007 Toyota Tacoma pick-up. I park on the street and there isn't a place on my truck that isn't dented to all hell, except the roof. BUT, it's been paid off for two years and I get regular tune-ups, so it runs like a charm. I love it. I will keep it til it stops running or I have to sink money into it.

On the down side, when I do an assessment for a potential new client, I always park at least a block away. Not a very professional looking vehicle (especially since I always have shit in the bed ready for the next dump run - my so called friends call me Ellie May Clampett 50 ).

I have a groovy John Lennon hat, but there is always a fight on to get to wear it.

I wouldn't worry bout that HoTD. However, if they were calling you Granny Clampett, then I would be concerned.

Really when you think about the Clampetts, there they were driving around in that old beat up vehicle, yet they could buy and sell the rest of the neighbourhood.

IDK, "Granny Camplett" - I think I could so live with that. She was a feisty, funny, badass old lady.

However, I might worry a little if anyone takes to calling me "Jethro" or "Jedd". Smiley_emoticons_razz
