So Tuesday Jew Bitch and her daughter spawn show up at the hospital. I had already advised the staff that Jew Bitch was not allowed in ICU. She had to stay in the waiting room. What does she do? I became a fan after hearing about the Red Wedding and power watched season 1 & 2 on my computer. I'm really looking forward to being caught up. Holy hell, I finally got my hands on one of our laptops that actually works reasonably well. I bought a Dell Touch Screen about a month ago and the more I try to use it, the more the fucker falls apart. It's NOT just that it's running Windows 8 (this bastard is too), here's just a few of my litany of complaints:
I am the "administrator" but apparently now they HIDE the administrator. Every time I try to download Windows 8.1, it tells me to log in as an administrator...the only account I HAVE is a fucking administrator. There's ways to "unhide" the administrator account but I've spent hours trying to do that with no damn luck.
I have the pop up blocker turned on and it blocks everything but the fucking advertisements and they're constant. But if I want to open my email inbox, it blocks it as a pop up.
Finally, what the hell are they doing trying to force everyone in to creating a Microsoft account? Now (thankfully only on that computer), when I try to go to Hotmail, it takes me to Microsoft Outlook (the NEW Hotmail). And it wants to mash and store everything on the cloud which doesn't appeal to me. I *know* if I hit the wrong button, all of the computers in the house will have all of our email accounts up on that damn cloud.
I don't know what the hell Microsoft is doing. I'm going to talk to a tech tomorrow but I'm afraid they've made such a shitty product that it's unfixable. I'm not sure of all the repercussions that might be involved, but I think that machine is probably going back and I may switch to another platform entirely. It's the Operating System, right? Maybe I should just look at stripping the damn thing down and using some other operating system out there. Hmmmm.
Anyway, that was my day.
