I was throwing some stuff down the garbage disposer earlier and it shut off for some reason, I hit the reset button and still nothing. The next thing I know this orange plastic tube and two wire brush things that looked like little pipe cleaners popped out of the drain on the other side of the sink. I pulled them out thinking to myself what in the fuck. The garbage disposer came back on, but I'm still perplexed about what the hell that was and why did it pop out of my sink drain.

In all seriousness I'm guessing that's not good. They are connected and obviously they were transported from your disposal over to the sink drain. Not sure if something broke or not.
Disposal is working now? No funny noises?

I don't know what the inner makings of a garbage disposal consists of, but I did think that perhaps the tube and wire things might be something that broke away from it. The disposal is working fine now, however. I guess as long as no hypodermic needles pop out next time it's no biggie.

Heh. You should see the Nitro Truck thing I bought him for Christmas. Did you know they make a nitro RC engine now that is 5.9cc and develops just over 3.2hp at 32000rpm? They probably make bigger, but I was impressed enough at that.
I'm pretty sure I had a chubby when the guy started the demo model at the store..
