Forget that I ever said that. You might actually do it since you hate the poor guys so much.

It might void any warranty you have, however, since it states in the user manual not to place any non-laundry objects, such as shoes, food waste, or animals into the washer. But you can always just lie and say you don't know what happened to it. They don't need to know you overloaded it with critters.

Thank you for those words of wisdom mama.

Re. Skunks: if they take up residence under your house, put mothballs or mothball crystals at their entrance. I tried it with a raccoon that moved in under the shed and it worked like a charm.

I was thinking of using liquid ammonia around the perimeter.

Smiley_emoticons_smile Yep, that would be the safest bet.

Luckily, I don't own a skunk. I'd really be looking over my shoulder then.

I get the skunk animosity though.

They may be cute looking, but dealing with skunks truly stinks. No grey area there; it's a black and white matter.

Someone told me to put mothballs around my plants outside my villa in SNAKEland, (I hate SNAKES) that were being devoured by Iguana's. The mothball fumes made it necessary to keep the windows closed. And every time went out the front or back door, the fumes rushed in. It stunk.

Anyway, the friggin Iguana's walked over the mothballs and still devoured my plants. Guess Iguana's can't smell. hah

yeah they reek, which is why they work to drive off critters. Coons won't nest in fouled ground. Probably skunks are similar...
