Actually, nobody needs to be forced to be sterilized, they just need to be forced to be fucking RESPONSIBLE.

True, but in many cases, being 'responsible' would mean choosing to not have children because the people don't really CARE about the kids in the first place.

Unfortunately, people who are that thoughtless, certainly aren't responsible about their sexual habits either.
