RE: WHO IS TO BLAME? - Cracker - 03-03-2012 Kids who shoot up schools are usually Special Ed. They aren't allowed to say "Another SPED brings a gun to school." because of privacy laws. "Normal" kids don't do that shit. We are too used to fucking criminals and criminal behavior in this country. |
