The guy who did all the Romero zombie makeup in all those Dead films is in there too as a zombie which kind of ironic, considering the makeup artist (Greg Nicotero) does all all the Walking Dead work.

I'm up early roasting chilis.
I just set the last dozen in the smoker. "Apricot wood"
Tomorrow morning I will stuff,batter and deep fry them.
The brisket is in the oven and the red chilis are cooked strained and are simmering I will add all my special spices and add it to the brisket just before I go to work today, cook it all day at 225 degrees.
and recook it tomorrow at 300 for about 2 hours, that sumbitch will melt in your mouth it will be so tender.

Patron is my choice, cuervo is not even a close second.
The brisket won't be fiery hot it's not supposed to be but the flavor of it is a show stopper.

Perfect Patrón Margarita
1 1⁄2 oz : Patrón Silver
1⁄2 oz : Patrón Citrónge
1⁄4 oz : orange juice
juice of 1⁄2 lime
lime wheel for garnish
METHOD
In a mixing glass full of ice, combine Patrón Silver, Patrón Citrónge, orange juice, lime juice. Shake well, strain, and serve in a martini glass.
Garnish with a lime wheel.
