The first two things that popped into my mind when I read this:

1.) Bad press is killing the Golden Goose of appearance money.

2.) An arrest is near. Let's be proactive and divert the negative attention away from the client and put LE on the defensive.

i'm really going to snicker if suddenly mommy and zombie dad have separate/different attorneys.

but my heart hurts knowing that beautiful baby is more than likely dead.
she needs a decent burial with love and respect.

As i said in a previous post, i still think baby got into trouble while her mother was passed out, i.e,, crawling outside maybe, or she was in mother's bed and was suffocated when mother rolled over. i think
that is why parents are keeping children away from LE. I think when mother finally woke up, lights were on, front door
was open, and baby was missing. She started looking for her and thus her statement, she was afraid to go into backyard
because of what she may find. She then made a call around 2:30 a.m. to someone.

LC . . . you always give a Sucker's Bet. hah

I ain't bettin' against that!

RE: Lisa Irwin 10 Mos. missing. MO - Sphincter Cop - 10-21-2011

Honestly, if you watch any interview with the "mother." Notice how she cannot keep eye contact or looks up. Everytime I have dealt with people and they do that. My LIAR alert goes off in my head.

Ok, carry on ....cha cha cha

thing is, none of that rises to LEGAL insanity. it only possibly mitigates a charge/sentence.

Yeah . . . but your prediction is spot on.

I'm not betting against you. No way.

And after Casey Anthony, I'm hesitant betting on a jury, too.

Has anybody else noticed that these reports from people she was friends with while at Ft. Bragg, were people who knew her in 2002/2003? If she is only about 25 now, that means she was about 17 when she was already married and had a child? The bimbo that is claiming to be her one-time friend says there children were "playing together". Infants do not play together, the mothers "play" while the babies lie there looking around.

Does anybody know DB's birthday? I know it has been published, but I can't find it just now.

From there, it appears to be a "fast-forward" to now. Where was DB for the 5 or 6 years, between Ft. Bragg/leaving ex-husband and moving to Kansas City and having a baby with JI?

Just throwing it out there, 'cause that is what I like to do...

Edit to add:
While I am at it..I think there is an uncle that needs to be questioned by LE.

and since Lisa was not found out in back yard, was she placed there and then moved somewhere else when zombie daddy came home?

where? a fire in a dumpster? but no remains found there that we know of.

it's time to come clean for the parents.

Baby Lisa is dead, it happened while the mother was drunk, hubby comes home and finds out, they freak and take the baby and bury her. That's what I'm feeling right now anyway. Hope I'm so wrong.

Of course this is what the lawyer has to say this morning:

Missing Baby Lisa: Family Attorney Says Cadaver Dogs May be Misleading Officials
"But an attorney for the family said following the cadaver dog's nose may be misleading investigators.

"My understanding is that there are cold cases where dogs have hit on scents of decomposition that have been in the home for as long as 28 years," said Cyndy Short, in an exclusive interview with "Good Morning America." "This is an old home. 63 years old. There could be a lot of other explanations for that."

Kate McCann made similar allegations as to why cadaver dogs hit in 3a.

All we need is a theme song...

So let's say drunken mom rolled over and smothered the baby, or did something else that led to the baby's death through negligence. Would she have been facing possible jail time over that? Removal of the other kids? I'm trying to figure out why the hubby would go along with covering up an accidental death. (like George helping Casey...heh)

I am not so sure it was hubby that helped. I could have been one of her family members from some of the rumors I have heard and read.

Good question though about what kind of sentence would be given for accidental death and then the following coverup. LC do you know?

Of course, the coverup would have been a result of her worrying about punishment for negligence, so I'm also wondering what the penalty would have been for that --- as a motive for coverup.

Of course you can't rule out that she or they murdered the child, or I suppose that a weird baby snatching took place, but I'd say the latter is a real long shot.

Yeah, I was curious about that. I wonder if the father of her other 2 kids knows about any of this? I mean, if he's actively serving in the military, does he even know this is going on? (I mean, it's not like they're not out there giving interviews to the media....wouldn't he want his kids out of this situation?) Of course, it's all based on whether or not he's got any right to custody or if he gave that up....I can't remember on that front...

Only one of the other 2 children are hers. The other one is JI's son with his ex-girlfriend. Her military husband must know about this. It was reported that DB's son was staying with his paternal grandparents.
